Return Policy

LKS Enterprises believes in it’s products and understands that sometimes you don’t receive what you expect. If you would like to return, or exchange a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA, please follow the procedures below. Any merchandise return without a RMA number will be returned.

  • Send an email to [email protected] stating reason for requesting return. You can always call 682-325-1944.
  • Orders eligible for return, repair, or exchange will be processed and reviewed by our RMA department. RMA Number will be sent to you within 1 business day.
  • RMA numbers will be voided, if defective merchandise has not been received by LKS Enterprises within 14 days after a RMA number is issued.

Our Return Procedure

You may return a product for refund or replacement within 30 days of the order shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).

If we shipped you the wrong product or it was damaged on arrival, you will be eligible to return the product within 20 days of the purchase date. We will refund or replace the product (including shipping) provided that it includes all original packaging and cable is intact and uncut.

If you ordered the wrong product or simply just changed your mind, we will refund you for the purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided that you return the product in its original packaging and the product falls within 30 days of the purchase date. We accept all shipping methods, but it’s up to you to make sure the package gets to us. We recommend using a carrier that provides detailed tracking / delivery information. Also, please note that a 15-30% restocking fee may be accessed.

After you receive the RMA number, you will have the option of packaging the product and sending it in to us at our expense (if the product is DOA or you received the wrong product). All returned packages must include:

  • The original packaging (Improper packaging may void warranty).
  • RMA number clearly marked on mailing label and shipping containers.

Once the returns have been received, you can expect a credit onto your original payment method within 2 weeks.
